Phase 1: Project Analysis and Strategy

Phase 2: Engineering and Design Optimization
Engineering: Preliminary design, RFQ technical documentation, IFC Engineering solutions and detailed Engineering Review (EDR).
Design Optimization: Optimization of PV and BESS power plant design and calculations for maximum efficiency and yield. LCOE Study.
Phase 3: Procurement Back Office
Streamlined Procurement: we manage the entire procurement process, from procurement strategy, RFQ documentation, vendor selection to contract negotiations, ensuring the best terms within the project targets.
Support to shortlist or introduce qualified main equipment suppliers, EPC contractors, specialized subcontractors and other key vendors based on pre-defined criteria.
Benchmarking and breakdown comparison data file for each main supply contract.
Evaluation of vendor proposals based on technical specifications, pricing, reputation, service, and expertise, including pros-cons analysis.
Tender evaluations with comparison report summarizing each vendor’s strengths and weaknesses.
Phase 4: Contracting
Contract Phase: Review of EPC and O&M Contracts (Drafts), Drafting of EPC and O&M Technical Annexes and Support during EPC and O&M Contracts Negotiations
Phase 5: Project Management
Accelerated Time-to-Market: we implement project strategies to expedite construction timelines, minimizing risks & costs and maximizing return on investment.
Risk Management: risk assessment to identify and mitigate potential key project risks, protecting the investment.
Strategic Project Support: we provide end-to-end project management ensuring solid projects execution.
Support in finalizing and awarding the contract to the chosen vendors: negotiation support with shortlisted vendors to optimize pricing, contract T&C’s, Term Sheet, and risk mitigation strategies.
Assistance with commercial contract terms advising during the initial project implementation phase until LNTP or NTP.
